About this Episode

Astronaut Colonel Mike Hopkins spent 334 days over two missions at the International Space Station, bringing with him the Blessed Sacrament so he could receive the Eucharist throughout the missions. Over the course of those many months, and his 5 space walks (over 32 hours outside of the ISS, in space), Col. Hopkins' faith and appreciation of God's creation and his desire to explore the world grew. Col. Hopkins knows the Artemis II crew personally, and what they're experiencing on this final day of the mission and during re-entry and splashdown, and offers a first hand perspective of what families are going through and the joy and fear of the moment.
